10-year celebration of Krishi Jyoti
March 27, 2018 witnessed the 10 year celebration of Krishi Jyoti, a CSR partnership project of Mosaic India with Sehgal Foundation, along with the Mosaic Company Foundation Awards. The awards are given each year to recognize doctoral students of truly exceptional ability and originality of thought and contribution in the field of plant nutrition.

Celebrating women 
March 8 is observed as International Women’s Day. Every year, Sehgal Foundation organizes women’s conclaves in villages to mark this occasion. This year these events and others were organized across Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Read More . . .  

Legal literacy camp engages citizens
An important pillar of democracy is citizen participation, which is facilitated through awareness. Over 1,360 villagers attended the camp organized on March 5, 2018, in village Baraka, Nuh, Haryana, receiving information on diverse government schemes in the presence of the Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority.

Much thought on International Women’s Day
Rajvati and Omvati of Muhammadpur Ahir village, Tauru block, Nuh district of Haryana raised their voices against a reluctant gram panchayat (village council) for making sanitation services in their village more inclusive and responsive. Learn More . . .
