THE SAUSAGE OF THE FUTURE

Product designer Carolien Niebling teamed up with a molecular chef and a master butcher to challenge traditional production techniques and experiment with new ingredients – like insects, nuts, legumes, and flowers – to invent the sausage of the future. Join us at our booth at WantedDesign Brooklyn with the butchers from Meat Hook for sausage tastings, talks and to check out the new book The Sausage of the Future. We enjoyed a great presentation and discussion on bridging the divide between urban planning, design, and architecture to create a better future.
  • Visiting Startup | Dr. Noris Gallandat, co-founder and CEO of GRZ Technologies, visited our office last month as an Innosuisse Startup-in-Residence. He was in Boston to meet as many labs as possible, identify potential distributors, and talk to members of the energy and automotive industries. GRZ Technologies creates innovative hydrogen storage solutions.
